Woman charged following Narrogin scissor wounding

A 44-year-old woman has been charged following a wounding incident that occurred in Narrogin on March 29.

About 4.30pm on Wednesday, the accused and a man in his 50s were involved in a verbal altercation.

It is alleged that a physical altercation followed during which the man was wounded in the hand by a pair of scissors and sustained scratches to his neck.

The 44-year-old woman has been charged with one count of unlawful wounding with a circumstance of aggravation.

She is due to appear in the Narrogin Magistrates Court on April 18.
