Night sky’s glittering beauty

Astrophotographers hit the ground in West Arthur to capture revealing images of the night sky over some of the town’s astrotourism hot spots.

Some of the best spots to see the stars include the Arthur River Hall, St Paul’s Church, Lake Towerrinning at the Lakeside camping grounds and Six Mile Cottage.

Speaking to some of the locals might lead avid astrophotographers to some unexpected sites in the Shire of West Arthur.
