The small Wheatbelt town of Narrogin will be home to one of the toughest food challenges in WA this February.

Lazy Daze Cafe on Federal Street will give punters a run for their money every Tuesday in February with the 3.3kg Boss Burger challenge.

Challengers have 25 minutes to devour the Boss Burger, which boasts a 550g bun and meat patty weighing in at 800g alone.

Inside contains five eggs, pineapple rings, multiple rashers of bacon, a mug of Jalapeños, Swiss cheese and enough coleslaw for a family dinner.

All that served with nearly a kilo of Australia’s best hot chips.

“It’s big,” Lazy Daze owner David Goncalves said.

“We’ve had a fair reaction from people as far as Perth, looking to travel out in groups for it.”

Lazy Daze Cafe and Narrogin’s Steelo’s Guns & Outdoors will combine for the Boss Burger challenge, those able to polish off their plate will receive $25 voucher for the store on top of bragging rights.

“I’d have to only eat air and water for a month beforehand to be in with a chance,” one Facebook user wrote.

“Big feed and new guns and scopes...time for a road trip to Narrogin,” wrote another.

The Boss Burger challenge costs $25, bookings are essential.
