Patricia Moulton has been admitted into the Order of St John for her outstanding service to the organisation and to the community.

Each year, members of the public can nominate St John Ambulance WA staff and volunteers for the Order if they feel the nominee has contributed over and above what is expected.

Ms Moulton, who was admitted on April 6 at Government House by Governor Kim Beazley, joined SJA in 2008. She has volunteered 3600 hours of her time since 2014, when records were began.

In 2016, she received a Commandery Commendation and was named a finalist in the St John’s Volunteer of the Year.

Ms Moulton said she would love to see more people join, especially those who could be available during the daytime.
