WA Police are currently working to identify the owners of a puppy they suspect may have been stolen.

The three-month-old pup, reportedly in good health according to veterinarians, was discovered during an arrest in Como and is now under the care of rangers.

Authorities urge anyone who recognizes the animal to contact Cannington Police.

People on social media were quick to take to the comment section, commending the police for their work.
