Police are investigating a Port Kennedy crash that left a man dead on January 23.

At 3.55pm, a blue Holden Clubsport travelling north on Warnbro Sound Drive collided with a grey Ford Falcon ute at the intersection of Chelmsford Avenue.

The 36-year-old man driving the Ford was critically injured. He was taken to hospital where he died.

The 23-year-old man driving the Holden Clubsport received minor injuries.

Major Crash investigators are looking to speak with anyone who saw the crash, the Holden Clubsport, or the Ford Falcon utility travelling in the area at the time.
