A popular farm stay in Perth’s south has suffered significant damage after a blaze in the early hours of Monday.

Emergency services were called to a farm stay on Cobby Lane in Baldivis about 2.35am on Sunday when a fire broke out.

No one was at the residence at the time, with the blaze destroying at least one of the structures.

Police have deemed the fire as not suspicious.
